How can you join Air Force ROTC Detachment 775 at the University of South Carolina?

As a college freshman

Enroll in the AERO Freshman Class and Leadership Laboratory (100-Level courses) when you register for your classes.  Then show up for class.  Once you are in the program, we will help you apply for scholarships as well as prepare you for the Professional Officer Course (POC) and commission into the Air Force.

 

As a college sophomore

Enroll in the AERO Sophomore Class and Leadership Laboratory (200-Level courses) when you register for classes.  Once you are in the program, we will help you apply for scholarships as well as prepare you for the Professional Officer Corps (POC) and commission into the Air Force Officer.  Be sure to contact the UAO to complete the necessary forms and take the Air Force ROTC physical fitness test.  If your performance meets entry standards, you will compete to attend a Field Training encampment prior to entry into the Professional Officer Corps.
