"Cultural Theory Through Ethnography" - Required theory for cultural graduate students

"History's Strangers" - How space, time and the individual are conceived in marginalized cultures and subcultures.

"Gender and Culture" - Ethnographic approaches to gender in different cultures around the world and among American cultural groups

Undergraduate Courses:

Besides our introductory course "Understanding Other Cultures", I also teach "Gender, Culture and Behavior" and "North American Indian Cultures".
