All registration payments must be made by check or money order in U.S. funds drawn on a U.S. bank. Make your checks etc. out to "FASL 13", and annotate it with "FASL 13 registration" (in the For line). We cannot accept credit cards.
For residents of countries outside the US,
we will guarantee you the early registration fee as long as you register with
us before February 1. Simply copy and paste this form (and your information)
in your e-mail message to fasl13@gwm.sc.edu.

777-7514 with a header "Attn. FASL-13 Organizing Committee").
