with the Department of Religious Studies has been terminated
These pages are only for use by current students still in the program who are graduating by spring 2012.
Graduate Students must complete the following in order to graduate. This page should be printed out and used as a checklist to be sure you have completed everything on time for graduation. Details can be found in the Graduate Handbook (GHB).
- Program of Study submitted to Graduate School (GHB pg. 5)
- Foreign Language Requirement (GHB pg. 5)
- Graduate School notified of completion of Comprehensive Exams(GHB pg. 7-8)
- Application for Degree submitted to Graduate School (GHB pg. 10-11)
- Submit thesis to Graduate School. Thesis must be submitted to Grad School electronically. (Guidelines) (GHB pg. 8-9)

Students expecting to graduate should familiarize themselves with this web page (and all the relevant links in the sidebar) in the semester preceding the one in which they wish to graduate, in order to be aware of all deadlines, fees, and additional tuition requirements.
In order to make life easier for those finishing theses, the Grad School has developed a fillable pdf thesis title page form which can be used by students who have either a director and one reader or a director and two readers, and whose thesis does not involve any exceptional committee structure (such as co-directors). It has serif and sans-serif font choices (Times New Roman and Arial). Students using this form properly will have a properly formatted title page, without having to do any formatting on their own.
Registrar's Office
Students should familiarize themselves with the Registrar's 5-year calendar for all important dates during their course of study, and particularly for the deadline for graduation applications.
