Prereq: ANTH 320 or Permission of Professor

Satisfies the Archaeology Requirements

May be taken for 3 credits (basic digging) or for 6 credits (complete an additional research project/paper within the project).

Course meets 7:15-3:30 on Tuesdays through Saturdays (Sunday and Monday off) from May 13-June 28 and counts as a Summer I course.

Become Indiana Jones for seven weeks this summer! Help us find an early Mississippian period house (A.D. 900-1300) in Camden. Apply only if you enjoy hot, outdoor work that engages your investigative skills and challenges your physical fitness. Course runs daily from May 13-June 28. Applications due April 18.
