Role at the Computing Center:

Richard is responsible for the planning, installation and operation of the College's computer network and servers. He serves as the primary contact with University Technology Services to integrate the College's network into the overall university system. He is also responsible for user accounts, disk space management and the College's electronic mail system: Groupwise.

Contact Richard if:

• you need to plan for the upgrade or maintenance of computer connections
• you need to resolve network performance issues
• you need to establish new accounts for faculty and staff
• you need to establish course specific student accounts
• you need to add printers or other specialized services on the network
• you need to discuss specialized disk storage requests
• you have Groupwise questions or issues
