Role at the Computing Center:

Terry is responsible for the management of user support of the College. He supervises a team of specialists who install and maintain faculty and staff computers throughout the College. He has excellent knowledge of all aspects of the interaction between computer hardware, operating systems and software.

• you need assistance with the support of a faculty or staff computer
• you need to plan for the upgrade of computers, printers or other devices
