Robert A. Wilbur Endowment was established to assist Columbia Police officers in completing higher education. It is rewarded to police officers who
seek to earn a baccalaureate or masters degree and who have completed at least three years of sworn service with the Columbia Police Department. The
scholarship is intended to aid current city of Columbia Police officers who intend to make a career of police work.
ALL APPLICATIONS MUST BE SUBMITTED NO LATER THAN MAY 15 TH FOR FALL SEMESTER CONSIDERATION AND OCTOBER 15TH FOR SPRING SEMESTER CONSIDERATION
