Each year the College of Arts and Sciences presents three awards of recognition to alumni and friends of the College who have demonstrated outstanding achievement or service to the College. We invite all alumni and friends of the College to nominate individuals to be considered as recipients of these awards. To nominate an individual, you must complete a copy of the nomination form below and return it to:

In addition to completing the form, we encourage you to include as much information as possible about the person you are nominating and why you feel they are deserving of the award. The deadline for receiving nominations is September 12, 2008. Award winners will be announced by December 1, 2008. After September 12, the Arts & Sciences Alumni Council Awards Committee will review all nominations and make their recommendation of award recipients to the Dean. The recipients will be honored at our annual Recognition of Excellence Dinner in March 2009.
