Constitution Day
The University of South Carolina celebrated Constitution Day for the first time on September 19, 2005. The Constitution Day activities were sponsored by the University of South Carolina Student Life, the University of South Carolina College of Arts and Sciences, the University of South Carolina Law School, and the National Advocacy Center. The activities included continuous readings of the Constitution by students and faculty at the Russell House and concluded with a lecture in Rutledge Chapel by Stewart Walz, United States District Attorney's Office, District of Utah.
