On Monday, November 15, 2010, the College of Arts and Sciences hosted the 2010 Caskey Lecture, "How the Adult Mammalian Heart Responds to Injury". The lecture was given by Dr. Roger R. Markwald, Director of the Cardiovascular Developmental Biology Center at the Medical University of South Carolina in Charleston, SC.
