SCHOLASTIC STANDARDS AND PETITIONS
This committee shall recommend to the faculty regulations concerning the scholastic standards of the college and its degree programs. This committee is authorized to act on petitions from undergraduates seeking relief from college and University academic regulations.
COLLEGE CURRICULUM COMMITTEE
The purpose of the College of Arts and Sciences Curriculum Committee is to recommend actions concerning the curriculum of the College, including new course proposals, modifications to existing programs, and special charges from the Dean. The committee consists of eight faculty members, four of whom represent the humanities, social sciences, and the arts, and four of whom represent the sciences and mathematics. No department may have more than one member serving on this committee.
