EURO 300: Introductory Seminar on Contemporary Europe (3)
EURO 490: Senior Seminar (3) |

requirement. Two 3-hour courses on the 300 level or higher, or
equivalent. EURO majors are expected to acquire some experience studying in
a region where that language is spoken, via a summer or semester program.

of interdisciplinary courses. Substitutions allowed when appropriate. A
thesis option (EURO 499), is also encouraged but not required. |

| EURO students are in
charge of their: together with the Program Director, they create a
program of study that examines a central theme, for example, terrorism;
borders, migration, and refugees; trends in popular culture; European Union
integration and expansion; regional history; or issues specific to a country
or region. |
