The South Carolina Geographer, the official newsletter of the University of South Carolina's Department of Geography, is now available on-line as a PDF* document. Published twice a year, the South Carolina Geographer is mailed to nearly a thousand alumni, students, faculty, administrators, and friends of geography near and far. In addition to reports on programs, degrees, student awards, colloquia, faculty activities, publications, and other items of general interest, each issue contains information on alumni activities and achievements.

Prior to the publication of this newletter, an attempt was made to update the Geography Alumni database. The associated alumni email addresses should be updated by the end of the year. The alumni map should be available by that time as well.
