Policy for Allocation of ESRI User Conference Registrations

The University receives five (5) complimentary registrations. Those will be allocated as follows:

1. campus GIS support person - 1 registration

2. use by faculty or staff in the Geography Dept. (managing dept. for the campus contract with ESRI) - 1 registration

3. (3) remaining seats to be allocated in the following order:

a. faculty who are presenting or participating in a conf. session

b. staff who are presenting or participating in a conf. session

c. students who are presenting or participating in a conf. session

d. non-presenting faculty

e. non-presenting staff

f. non-presenting student

The Campus GIS program will allocate up to $1000 per year to be used on additional registrations (currently $495 per person) if demand exceeds supply of free registrations. This amount can be used only for registration fees. Travel is the responsibility of the attendee or their home department.
