From April 16-May 4 donate all that stuff you have in your residence hall room that you can't take home with you! There will be donation centers in almost every residence hall lobby - look for cardboard boxes and a Give It Up for Good poster. There will be 2 yard sales on April 22 and May 12 where you will have the chance to buy anything that is donated. Proceeds and donations will benifit Habitat for Humanity and Harvest Hope.
Why dedicate just one day to celebrating our Earth when you can have a whole week? Earth Day is April 22, and Sustainable Carolina is celebrating with Earth Week, which features an array of eco-friendly events that begin with our Earth Stock 2012 concert on April 13 and end on April 22.
