By the Monday before the seminar, questions and topics will be posted for each class.  They are intended to serve as guides for unfamiliar topics and starting-points for discussion, not as itemized lists to be covered in seminar.  In other words, come to class with questions, ideas, and topics beyond those covered here.  Believe me, these books and topics can be approached in many ways other than those listed here! :-)
