__ WIIAS International Experience Award. (Application must include transcripts of all college-level course work, a statement of purpose explaining research goals, a detailed budget, and two letters of reference. Reference letters should be provided in sealed envelopes signed by recommenders. At least one reference letter should come from a faculty member familiar with student’s proposed project and should speak in detail to the merits of the project and the student’s abilities.)

__ Ceny Walker Undergraduate Fellowship. (Applications must include transcripts of all college-level course work; a statement of purpose; and three letters of reference, including a formal letter of nomination by a professor in the candidate’s major field of study. Reference letters should be provided in sealed envelopes signed by recommenders.)

__ Ceny Walker Graduate Fellowship. (Applications must include transcripts of all graduate-level course work, a committee approved dissertation/thesis research prospectus, a detailed project budget, and a letter of nomination from the dissertation or thesis supervisor. Reference letters should be provided in sealed envelopes signed by recommenders.)

• I will send WIIAS a detailed accounting of all funds spent after completion of project/event;
• After completion of project/event I will send WIIAS a brief report for possible inclusion in the WIIAS newsletter, Global Connections;
• Any publications resulting from a grant will acknowledge the support of WIIAS;
• I am willing to make a brief presentation (brownbag, panel discussion, etc.) at WIIAS after concluding my research.

Deadlines for all three awards are:
    By November 1, 2008 for Spring 2009
    By April 1, 2009 for Summer 2009, Fall 2009, and the Academic Year 2009-2010
