T he SCBAA has a large collection of original recordings from the early days of radio that include: 33's, 78's, and reel to reels of actual broadcasts throughout the decades.

Wally Mullinax

Wally Mullinax, who spent forty-two years at WESC in Greenville, was one of the nation's first talk show hosts. However, they were not called talk shows in the 1950s and 1960s. The Archives has an extensive collection of his broadcasts in reel to reel format.

The print material in the Archives documents the activities of the South Carolina Broadcaster's Association. In addition to SCBA correspondence, newspaper clippings, pamphlets, and other historical print material can be found.
