Jill Frank, B.A., B.C.L., LL.B., Ph.D., researches and
teaches in legal and political philosophy. She specializes in the
history of political thought with particular focus on questions of
property, justice, and law. Jill recently completed a book about the
lessons contemporary democratic theory and practice might draw from
Aristotle's ethical and political philosophy, titled A Democracy of
Distinction. Jill has also written on political representation,
welfare, and distributive justice.
