Frank Williams

Frank Williams

Frank is an international studies Ph.D. candidate.  He has taught courses on U.S. foreign policy, national security, international organizations, and the American intelligence community.  His dissertation focuses on territorial disputes  (especially maritime disputes) and offers an alternative understanding of them ased on concentrations of power and the shifting and often overlapping, areas of control that result from the focus of state capabilities at "nodes" of governance.

Frank's interests are diverse and range from foreign policy, security studies, and Asian politics to blues guitar which he plays regularly.  Some of Frank's original compositions can be heard here.

Frank can be contacted via email at usc_fwiv@hotmail.com and his vita can be viewed here.
