Frank is an international studies
Ph.D. candidate. He has taught courses on U.S. foreign policy,
national security, international organizations, and the American
intelligence community. His dissertation focuses on territorial
disputes (especially maritime disputes) and offers an alternative
understanding of them ased on concentrations of power and the shifting
and often overlapping, areas of control that result from the focus of
state capabilities at "nodes" of governance.
Frank's interests are diverse and range from
foreign policy, security studies, and Asian politics to blues guitar
which he plays regularly. Some of Frank's original compositions
