Kelly O'Reilly is a doctoral student
originally from Milwaukee, WI. His primary field of study is
international relations with a more detailed focus in the areas of
international security and conflict. Before coming to the
University of South Carolina, Kelly was awarded a B.A. in government
from Lawrence University in Appleton, WI and an M.A. in international
studies from Marquette University.
Kelly received a J.D. from Emory University's School of Law in Atlanta,
GA, and worked as a litigation attorney in the metropolitan Milwaukee
area for five years. Kelly is also currently serving as the
President of the
Political Science Graduate
Student Association
for the 2005-2006 academic year.
