Dr. Charles Finocchairo, Assistant Professor, focuses on American political institutions, and is a specialist on Congress and Congressional elections. A former faculty member at SUNY Buffalo, he is the author of a number of articles in leading political science journals, incluidng Legislative Studies Quarterly.

Dr. Heather Getha-Taylor, Assistant Professor, received her Ph.D. from the Maxwell School of Citizenship and Public Affairs at Syracuse University. She specializes in human resource management and non-profit administration, and has already published a number of articles in leading public administration journals and other venues, including Public Administration Review.

Dr. Andrea McAtee, Assistant Professor, received her Ph.D. from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. She focuses on American political institutions at both the state and national levels, and has also published in a number of leading journals in political science, including the Journal of Poltiics and Law and Society Review.

Dr. Lee Walker, Assistant Professor, was a former faculty member at the University of Kentucky and also a 2006 Visiting Scholar at Harvard's Institute of Quantitative Social Science. His research interests encompass both qualitative and quantitative methodology, as well as judicial and comparative politics. He is the author of articles in the Journal of Politics and Party Politics, and is currently working on a book manuscripot examining public opinion toward the criminal justice system in selected Latin American countries.
