sent to the Graduate School for

be placed in student's
folder in the department.

If any changes are made to the original
Program of Study,
a Program Adjustment
must be sent to
the Graduate School
for approval |
Arrange to take comprehensive
examination and
foreign language exam.
Graduate School must
be notified in writing
from your
graduate director. |
Within 15 days after the
start of the final semester, submit Application for Graduation to the
Graduate School |
Submit first draft
of thesis to
advisor, then to thesis
committee. Schedule a
thesis format check
meeting with the
Graduate School |

Not later than 5 weeks
before graduation, a preliminary formal check
of thesis is conducted by The Graduate School |

Thesis
defense; final
copies submitted to
thesis committee.
Changes recommended
by the Graduate School
and the Thesis Committee are implemented by the

Thesis and 3 copies
signed by professors
and final appointment scheduled with the
Graduate School |

No later than 20 days
before graduation, all
copies of thesis are to
be submitted to the
Graduate School, and bindery fees paid.
