Publications SCIAA maintains that archaeological research must be made available in affordable format to the public and profession. To that end, the Publication Division oversees the production of popular and scientific publications that inform the reader of the activities of staff archaeologists; joint projects with other institutions and agencies; and, selected researchers who are advancing archaeological knowledge in the state. The SCIAA publishes the following: The Research Manuscript Series; The Notebook; Anthropological Studies; and, Popular Studies in Archaeology. These publication series are all in the process of being digitized. Please contact Dr. Jonathan M. Leader for the availability of specific titles within these series. Additionally, a variety of Publications in Historical Archaeology are also available. |
