Advisory Boards
Women's Studies is advised by two boards: the Women's Studies Advisory Committee made up of University Faculty and the Partnership Council consisting of individuals from the community.
Women's' Studies Advisory Committee
The Women's Studies Advisory Committee is made up of Affiliate Faculty from various schools/colleges and departments. Members are appointed by the Director of Women's Studies for three year terms. These individuals advise the Director on a variety of issues and take action on Affiliate Faculty applications.

Partnership Council
The Women's Studies Partnership Council advises Women's Studies and its Women's Well-Being Initiative on community issues and opportunities related to women's well-being. It also works to strengthen the Women's Studies Endowment and to raise money to support special projects directed toward improving women's well-being in South Carolina. See the
