APPOINTMENTS

Making an appointment
If you want help with a writing project or assignment, visit the Writing Center. To make an appointment for a session, call 777-2078 or stop by the Main Writing Center in the Humanities Classroom Building, Room 014, during regular office hours. Please call several days before your deadline. Writing Center services are very popular, so appointments fill up quickly.

Cancellations
The Writing Center often has a waiting list. If you do not keep your appointment, or if you cancel too late, then you deny other people the opportunity to get the help they need. If you need to cancel your appointments, please cancel at least 24 hours in advance. If you repeatedly fail to cancel 24 hours in advance, you may lose your Writing Center privileges.

No-shows
Students who do not show up for their scheduled sessions may lose their Writing Center privileges.

What to bring to a session
Students should bring their writing project, the assignment sheet (if applicable), something to write with, and something to write on when they come to the Writing Center for their scheduled sessions.
